Bloons TD 6 is a buy-once game with two official price tiers, and mixing them up is the single most common price mistake in coverage. Mobile costs $6.99. The PC editions cost $13.99. Both numbers come from official storefronts, and neither is wrong: they are different products for different screens. Where each edition lives is on the download page and the platforms page; what ships in each version is on the updates page.

The two DLCs

DLC prices are community-documented and float by platform and region. The Netflix edition includes Rogue Legends at no extra cost since March 2025.

In-app purchases on mobile

The mobile edition sells optional items such as Powers and Insta-Monkeys. They are conveniences, not progression gates, and every mechanic they touch can be earned in play. Steam and the console editions handle this differently, and the Netflix edition has no purchases at all.

Does it go on sale?

Yes, both the base game and the DLCs are discounted during Steam seasonal sales, and Ninja Kiwi has run bundle promotions such as the Frontier Legends half-price event in December 2025. If you are price-sensitive and not in a hurry, a sale will come.

⚠️ Unconfirmed. Sale timing is unpredictable and we do not track every regional discount. The prices in the table are the standard US storefront prices on the dates shown.

FAQ

Why is PC more expensive than mobile?

Ninja Kiwi has never published a rationale. The two tiers have coexisted since the Steam launch in December 2018, so treat them as intentional: phone pricing and desktop pricing for the same game.

Is the Steam price different outside the US?

Regional pricing applies, and the US figure of $13.99 is the one we verify against the Steam API. Your checkout page shows your region's price.

Do I have to pay again for each platform?

Yes. Each store edition is a separate purchase, except through the Netflix and Apple Arcade subscriptions, where the game is part of what you already pay monthly.
